Since I had little extra time and a 'thread buzz' after making my window bench cushions, I whipped out a pillow in a gorgeous gold and red remnant textile that I found at the same Boston fabric store.



I like to make my pillow covers removable too, for easy cleaning or changes in the color scheme. But no zippers by the yard this time--make it easy by adding a quick fold-over of the fabric- it requires about 8-10 inches of extra fabric.



I have a bit left over and think it would make a gorgeous table runner or I could whip up a few more pillows. What do you think?
